RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Changes to Ordered Items:
Due to the confirmation process during ordering, including details such as size, design, and quantity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for selections made in error, including incorrect items, sizes, designs, or addresses. However, you can cancel your order within 12 hours and reorder as desired.
Cancellation Requests:
Requests for cancellation are only accepted within the first 12 hours after order placement.
Return policy
Refund Request Deadline:
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of Order for Refund Claims:
Required documentation includes the shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defective items, and email screenshots from us.
Requirements for Returned Products:
- Items must not be worn or washed.
- Items must not be modified.
- Items must not be defective unless due to our error.
- Items must have original tags attached.

- Our customer service team will review your request and respond regarding eligibility within 1-2 business days. Please ensure email notifications are enabled and await our response.
Accepted Reasons for Refunds:
- Product arrives damaged.
- Product design differs from what was ordered.
- Product size is incorrect.
- Product material is incorrect.
- Incorrect items were sent.
Returns are not applicable for subjective reasons from the customer such as: not beautiful, don’t like, bad product,…
